Requirements
  • You may nominate any business (brick and mortar, home-based, or services) with their main operations and/or head office located within Mission or the surrounding region (Silverdale to Deroche).
  • You may nominate as many businesses as you like but each requires its own nomination form.
  • Each business can be nominated in up to three categories. If a business in nominated in more than three categories, they will be asked which three they want to compete in.

Description

Description

This award is presented to a business or organization that exemplifies superior customer service and care. They demonstrate outstanding customer retention and exceptional knowledge of their products and/or services, all the while exceeding their customers' expectations repeatedly.

This award is designed to recognize the efforts of home-based businesses. The winning business may have excellent customer service, a great product/service, or innovative marketing efforts.
